The tool converts weekly miles into kilowatt-hours using your efficiency assumption, then multiplies by the share charged at home and your unit rate. It does not add the standing charge.
Public rapid charging, cold weather and motorway driving can all change real consumption. Treat the result as a planning scenario.
Time-of-use tariffs
If you have a cheap overnight window, enter that rate rather than the daytime unit price.
